HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Check the status of your order by logging into your account or using the link in your confirmation email.
We will also send you an email with your tracking number once we’ve processed your order. If you do not receive this notification, please check your spam folder before contacting muchii.living@gmail.com or via Live Chat.
Orders placed over the weekends or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. MUCHii Living is NOT responsible for any delays and/or damages caused in-transit by the postal service or customs agencies.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Canada
- Canada domestic orders over $150 pre-tax are eligible for free shipping.
- Canada domestic orders below $150 have a flat fee shipping rate of $15 + applicable taxes.
The shipping service to other countries has been temporarily suspended.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow 1-2 day(s) for us to process your order before the parcel is shipped. Note that fulfillment times can vary especially for pre-ordered items, during sales and holidays.
The following shipping timelines are for reference only, exact timelines may vary:
Canada Domestic Orders
- The Greater Vancouver | 1-2 Business Day(s)
- BC Province | 2-5 Business Days
- Other Provinces | 3-7 Business Days
The default shipping service in Canada is Regular Parcel (Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Purolator Ground).
For urgent Canada domestic shipping, please ensure to choose the expedited option at checkout. The expedited shipping service will be within 1-2 business days, but additional shipping fees will apply.
The estimated lead time for pre-ordered items is around 1-2 months. Once the pre-ordered item is ready, we will arrange for shipping within 1-2 days.
WHICH CARRIER WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH?
We are currently shipping Canada domestic orders using Canada Post or Purolator (Random).
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel
- Purolator Ground
WHY DOES MY ORDER HAVE A SURCHARGE?
An additional fee to ship heavier or larger items is automatically applied to orders. The fee will be displayed at checkout and is non-refundable.
For urgent Canada domestic shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX OR RURAL AREA?
We are not currently able to ship orders to PO Boxes or rural areas.
WILL I BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL BROKERAGE FEES, IMPORT TAXES, OR DUTIES?
For Canada Domestic Orders:
- No additional brokerage fees, import taxes, or duties will be applied to shipments within Canada.
For USA Orders (Temporarily Suspended):
- Additional charges including brokerage fees, import taxes, or duties may apply.
- These fees are set by the local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check your local government website for potential duty free amounts.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I AM NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For Canada Domestic Orders:
- It is at the discretion of the carriers to determine if it’s safe to leave the parcel at your door.
- If the carriers require a signature or if they deem it is unsafe to leave the package at your door, the package will be held at a carrier’s depot for a few business days. You can pick the package up at the depot or call the courier and arrange for re-delivery. Not claiming your package within the required time frame, may lead to your order being lost or returned to us. Shipping fees will be deducted from any refund we process resulting from an unaccepted order.
- Please track the delivery information of the package in time.
- All parcels will be provided with the tracking number to check the delivery information, but MUCHii Living is NOT responsible for any shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors or delays while crossing international borders.
For USA Orders (Temporarily Suspended):
- Generally, if you’re not home at the time of delivery, the package will be held at a postal facility. You can pick up the package at the facility or arrange for a re-delivery.
- Not claiming an imported item within the required time frame, may lead to to your order being lost or returned to our Distribution Centre.
- Shipping fees will be deducted from any refund we process resulting from an unaccepted International Order.
