Can I Request for a Return or Exchange?
We accept returns or exchanges for defective products or if an incorrect item was sent. To be eligible for a refund (store credit) or exchange, you must first email us and follow the instructions below. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to ensure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full price of the item in the form of store credit. If a refund of an order is granted for any reason, shipping costs for the order will not be refunded.
Please follow the instructions below to request a return or exchange (Canada Domestic Orders Only):
- Please contact to muchii.living@gmail.com with the subject of【Order Return/Exchange + Order Number】
- All returns or exchange must be FIRST approved by MUCHii Living. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
- Request for Return or Exchange must be submitted to us WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS once the package is shown as delivered or shipped.
- A special reason and product photos are required. We may also contact you via email, please check your email and reply to us timely.
- We will notify you on the status of your application after receiving and inspecting the items.
- If approved, the STORE CREDIT will be issued to your account within 3-5 business days.
The return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund balance will be issued as STORE CREDIT to your account.
International Orders
Orders outside of Canada are final sale — NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR MERCHANDISE CREDIT
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items:
- Must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase. No exchange or returns will be accepted without original receipt.
- Must be in their original packaging (box), including original protective covering
- Must be in original condition (not worn, washed or damaged)
